The Advisory Board represents our highest level of engagement. While both categories support the IH4JOBS mission, Advisory Board Members receive direct recruitment services, executive training, and exclusive event access not available to Associate Members.

Associate
This level offers busy executives access to a shared community of leaders dedicated to improving the insurance industry as a career destination.
Member
This level is for the insurance executive with a clear hiring need or desire to promote change. Members direct and participate in the mission through Forums, Working Groups, and hiring.
