We find insurance jobs where having a different way of thinking is a competitive advantage and help fill those jobs with the right kind of neurodivergent brain.

We ask our Advisory Board to list their chronically open jobs, and we engage neurodiversity advocates to create task based assessments for those jobs.
Do you have meetings?
Yes, we host three events per year in Chicago, Cleveland, and Tampa. These Forums attracts leaders, managers, and professionals across the insurance ecosystem.

We move underused neurodiverse talent from mismatched roles into positions where their strengths are assets. We pair this with employer training and portfolio support for industry newcomers.
