This photo shows the result: an insurance event where the vendors are outnumbered by qualified buyers. Instead of renting a booth, sponsors work with our Advisory Board solving the industry talent crisis with neurodivergent  talent.

2026 marks the first year of GOLFLIST—the network's fundraising vehicle and a proving ground for neurodivergent professionals using golf to improve executive function. By funding this rollout, sponsors work side-by-side with Board members to secure warm, qualified introductions. We guarantee it.



Scout GOLFLIST Reception Sponsor

The Presenting Sponsor funds the GOLFLIST event, dinner, and suite. In exchange for this support, the sponsor receives joint targeting of all attendees and warm introductions facilitated by IH4JOBS Board Member and Scout CEO, Chris Luiz.

Fall Manager Forum Sponsor

The Advisory Board and Managers nationwide convene at this forum for training and the GOLF4SALLIE Tournament. The Presenting Sponsor funds golf, meals, and guests to secure direct access to the Florida Insurance Community and the national Advisory Board.

Kickoff Appreciation Forum Sponsor

The 2026 Kickoff Forum launches GOLFLIST as the lead-in to the 2027 rollout. The Presenting Sponsor funds the Advisory Board’s David Orr clinic and playing lessons. To ensure maximum utility, the IH4JOBS Advisory Board recruits the specific guests the sponsor needs to reach.
