301 NTW HR Leadership Cohort

This six-month, cohort-based program offers three dedicated tracks—Inclusion & Belonging, Human Resources, and ERG/BRG Leaders—each designed to meet the specific needs of the professionals shaping workplace culture and process. Participants will engage in monthly workshops, tailored curriculum, peer support/networking, and evidence-based tools they can immediately apply within their roles.
